Terms & Conditions/ Refund Policy:

Welcome to PSYCHPAK’s Merch, where you can order rare psychology books and toolkits and have them delivered to your doorstep. By placing an order on https://shop.psychpak.com, you agree to the following terms:

1. Order Process

  • Orders are placed by submitting a form with your details and book/toolkit requirements.
  • Our team will reach out to you via WhatsApp to confirm your order.
  • Upon confirmation, 50% of the total amount must be paid in advance. Only after this your order will proceed for printing and delivery.
  • Remaining 50% is payable upon delivery to the courier agent (Cash on Delivery).

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Once your order is confirmed and advance payment is made, printing and processing will begin.
  • Orders are usually delivered within 4-5 working days (subject to your location and courier schedules).
  • In rare cases, delays may occur due to availability of the requested material or courier issues. We’ll keep you informed on WhatsApp.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Before Confirmation: You may cancel your order anytime before advance payment is made — no charges.
  • After Advance Payment:
    • If the order has not been processed yet (on the same day you have submitted advance), your advance may be refunded on request.
    • After 1 day of confirmation, refund is not applicable unless we fail to fulfill the order.
  • In Case of Delivery Failure from Our Side:
    • If we are unable to deliver your requested item (due to stock issues or courier problems), your advance will be fully refunded within 3-5 business days via your chosen method (JazzCash/EasyPaisa/Bank Transfer).
  • If You Provide Wrong Details: PSYCHPAK is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect name, contact number, or address.

4. Return Policy

  • Since we print books/manuscripts on demand and per order, returns are not accepted once a parcel is delivered.
  • In case you receive the wrong item, we will replace it at no additional charge — just contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photo or video).

6. Intellectual Property

All content printed is meant strictly for academic and educational use. Reproduction or resale of printed material is not allowed.
